Strategy call.
A 30-minute onboarding call where we align on your goals, your tone of voice, your ideal client, and your content direction. We'll ask questions you've maybe never been asked about your business. By the end of the call, we know what we're making and why.

We go live.
Your first month's content calendar is built, sent for approval, and scheduled. From the day you sign, your content is live within 7 days. No long ramp-up. No "we'll get back to you in three weeks." Real posts, on your accounts, working for you.

Monthly review.
At the end of every month we send a full analytics report covering followers, reach, engagement, top performers and what didn't land. Then we hop on a 30-minute strategy call to review, adjust the plan, and set goals for the next month. No vanity metrics.

Access to your accounts
Login or admin invite to Instagram, TikTok and/or Facebook, whatever's in your package. We never post without your approval.

Footage & photos when you can
Raw clips, training photos, gym footage sent in batches via Google Drive or Dropbox. We script & cut from there.

30 minutes a week
To review next week's posts, answer a few quick questions, and stay close to what's going out. That's it.

You coach. We market. We'll never need you in the weeds. That's what you're paying us to handle.
A few things people ask before signing.
What's the minimum contract?
Three months. After that you're month-to-month, no lock-in. We ask for three months because Instagram and TikTok algorithms reward consistency. Anything less and we can't fairly judge what's working.
Can I see & approve content before it goes live?
Yes. Every post is sent to you via a shared content calendar at least 48 hours before posting. You approve, request edits, or reject. Nothing goes live without your green light.
How do you handle international payments?
We invoice in ZAR, USD or GBP, whichever suits you. South African clients pay via EFT. US and UK clients via Wise or Stripe. No currency surprises on either side.
What happens if I don't have video footage?
For Kickstart, we work entirely from photos and templates, no footage needed. For Growth and Dominate, we'll guide you through a simple filming plan that gets you 4–6 weeks of clips in a single afternoon.
Do you take on every coach who applies?
No. We turn away ~40% of enquiries. If the niche, the audience, or the chemistry isn't right, we'll tell you up front and refer you elsewhere. We'd rather have 12 clients we love than 40 we don't.
What if I want to pause or stop?
After your 3-month minimum, give us 30 days' notice and we'll wind down cleanly: hand back accounts, deliver a final report, and leave you a 4-week content buffer to keep you running.
